📄 Refunds & Terms

Please read before purchasing. By buying any product from Infinity Development, you agree to the terms below.

🟥 Refund Policy

  • No refunds are issued for delivered digital products.
  • If a product is escrowed (encrypted) and you cannot access it at all despite following instructions, contact us — this is the only case considered for a refund.
  • If something doesn’t work, we will troubleshoot first (installation, configuration, dependencies). Refunds are considered only if the product remains unusable after support.
  • Any approved refund may be partial because Tebex/payment processing fees can be non-refundable.

🟥 Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback/dispute will result in license revocation, permanent blacklisting, and removal of support access. Please open a Discord ticket or email us first — we’re happy to help.

🟦 License & Usage

  • One purchase = one server/community license (unless otherwise stated).
  • Redistribution, resale, leaking, or re-uploading our files is prohibited.
  • Edits for your own use are fine; sharing or selling edits is not allowed.
  • Breaking these terms may result in license termination without refund.

🟩 Delivery

  • Products are delivered digitally via Tebex after checkout.
  • Ensure your Discord/Tebex details are correct to avoid access issues.
  • We are not responsible for lost access caused by incorrect details provided.

🟩 Support

  • Included: installation guidance, configuration help, and bug fixes for our products.
  • Not included: custom changes, third-party modifications, or unrelated server issues.
  • Hours (GMT): Mon–Wed All Day · Thu–Fri 5PM–9PM · Sat 3PM–Midnight · Sun Closed

🟨 Privacy & Data

  • We only collect what Tebex provides (e.g., Discord ID, email, transaction ID).
  • Used solely to verify purchases, provide support, and prevent fraud.
  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

🟨 Liability

  • All products are provided “as-is.”
  • We are not liable for server crashes, data loss, or conflicts with other resources.
  • By purchasing, you accept responsibility for correct installation and use.
